I’m Nick with Kailua Appliance Repair. I’m a one-man operation based on the Windward-side of O’ahu, and only fifteen to thirty minutes from anywhere on the Kāneʻohe side depending on where you are — close enough that I can usually get to you same day or next day. I cover the whole stretch from the Pali all the way out to the Hygienic Store: Kāneʻohe town, Heʻeia, and ʻĀhuimanu (Temple Valley).

WHAT I FIX
Refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, and ovens — all the major brands. The calls I get most: refrigerator not cooling, ice maker stopped making ice, washer not draining or stuck mid-cycle, dryer not heating, dishwasher leaking. Most of these can be handled quickly.
I diagnose first, explain what I found in plain language, and give you a straight answer on whether the fix is worth it. If your machine is closer to the end than a repair makes sense for, I’ll tell you that too.

PRICING
The service call to Kāneʻohe is $64 — that covers the diagnosis, and it’s waived if you go ahead with the repair. You’ll know exactly what’s wrong and what it costs before anything starts. No surprises, no pressure.

Some repairs I finish on the first visit. Others need a part shipped in — common with newer machines. When that’s the case, I track down the fastest shipping available, because I’d do for you what I would do for myself. Being without a refrigerator or a washer isn’t a small inconvenience, and I don’t treat it like one.
